Mongolian Bar-b-que Buffet in Chesterfield

Really good Buffet. Has greatly improved. Everything fresh.

Absolutely and highly Disappointing!!! People were nice but oh man the food was so dry there was lettuce stuck to the dish almost as if it was glued! The food was not only and dried but cold with no flavor. And there were four of us. This was a Friday November the 29th at 2:00pm and I’m just blown away $8.19 a person. Had it not been for my family out of town taking me there I would have walked out and said never mind.....As soon as I read the one star comments before commenting myself they say Exactly what I saw and was thinking!😩 wish I would have read them before entering

Flavor was good. Lots of meat options but no vegetable options. Would like more vegetables.

Stopped by well I was in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was very good had better desert selections than other buffets I've been to. Was a great value for the price ($11 w/soda) would definitely come back again.

The service was terrible I have never been more disgusted in my life. The food was dry and hard. The dessert was even worse. The dessert was warm and the buffet was cold. It should be the other way around. The waitress couldn’t even say “Would you PLEASE like some more water?” Instead we got “Water?” I am never going back here again period.

To be honest, I have not been to this restaurant in years. When I used to go, it was one of the best buffets, in town. My brother and I had dinner there, a month ago. Needless to say, we were not impressed! In terms of ambience, most of the booth seating was torn. Not a good look for any restaurant, let alone Chesterfield. Our server couldn't even tell us if any of the food was cooked in peanut oil. My brother has a nut allergy. After standing at the front for over 5 minutes, the hostess/cook told us that only the beef eggroles were fried in peanut oil. We didn't get water, but they kept trying to give us soda; we asked for water. The buffet itself; not that great. What used to be a great place for Chinese food has now become the last place that we would ever choose to eat. It's a shame; used to love eating here.

Well they did have crab legs..they brought them out like da north county Hokkaido use to so when they do u rushing to get some but they have more of the whole crab cluster then the pieces Hokkaido was put n out. It's cool 4 the price.

Everything was good. Good variety to choose from.

Price wise it's very good.Quality wise they leave out a lot of food too long and it gets dried out and hard-not enjoyable at all.You've got to wait till they bring the next batch of resh food out

We went today and went at 11am and the food was cold and not fresh for the restaurant to just have opened please dont waste your money just go home and cook that's what I wish that I would've done

I've been coming here for almost 10 years and it's the best buffet! They always have fresh delicious food and courteous staff

This place is so clean food so good very tasty all you can eat crab legs on Friday Saturday and Sunday been going over 15 years

What food we had was good, it somehow wasn't what I was expecting but there's a stir fry hibachi and you can have your own stir fry cooked from a wide assortment of ingredients, other than that the offerings were pretty on par with other Asian buffets. For 2 adults and a teen on a Saturday night I paid almost $60 though

The title is deceptive -- it is predominantly a Chinese buffet, but it also doubles as a table service restaurant. The food, compared to many equivalent Chinese restaurants, seems surprisingly fresh and flavorful. My seafood dish actually had seafood! You didn't have to dig around to find little scraps. So out of my usual mode (I typically don't rate buffets highly for any number of reasons), this one was a pleasant surprise.

I did not like the food because it was stale it did not look fresh. For being a buffet it had very little variety. I do not recommend.

The buffet includes a good selection of items (though I should be clear and mention I do get the same buffet combination each time I go), but the result is addicting and I come back at least once a week (been coming here for nearly twelve years). It's hard to find a good place that serves calamari and is affordable and Mongolian BBQ succeeds on both fronts.

The eatery advertises All You can Eat crab legs. Well there were no crab legs prepared. And the remainder of the food on the bar looked very unappetizing. Dried out under heat lamps & unkept on the steam table.

We had a wonderful time. The food was fresh and tasteful.

Always enjoy the buffet, just getting refills on drinks was slow. They we're very busy which is unusual for a Monday. Good variety on selection of food.

One of the best buffets I have been to.

The place is okay, great services, but it seems they're trying too hard with their cook variety food, I like how you can prep your own meal with hot pot or fried noodles but it seems they are struggling with the speed of consuming because the food eventually gets old and cold but that's how buffets are some days and it needs to be solved. They need limit their meals and give guide to the people who are interested getting their meal prep. I give the place 7 out of 10 because they recently opened and its a process learning to own a restaurant and good luck to their business. Btw unlimited crab legs, yummy.

Food was very good. Several good choices including lots of shrimp and crab dishes. Wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Overall great dining experience.

Not very impressed. Bought a groupon to try it out. First, they were out of Pibb, then the food was very sub par.....ever for a buffet. Most of the food was dried out. They do not even have the traditional almond cookies or even fortune cookies. What Chinese restaurant doesn't have fortune cookies? There are much better places to go eat Chinese food.

This place must have changed management since the last reviews.Service was not very friendly, the food was subpar, but I can normally look past these when I'm just looking for some cheap buffet food.However, the plates where not completely cleaned, my water tasted like a strange mix of soap and soda, and the floor was filthy. The restaurant itself was crowded, only half of the seats taken but not much room to navigate around other patrons in the aisles. For a party of two, we each had only one plate before deciding to leave for another, cleaner establishment, but the total bill for two people was $38! I only make a point of this because the family of 4 in front of us paid $30! We only tried the buffet, not the Mongolian grill, so maybe that is the redeeming feature, but I don't think I'll be returning to this establishment.

The endless crab legs were good, but all the other food was not. The service was not the best either. Plates ready for clearing sat on our table for quite a while before we had a server come back. We kept hearing a loud pounding coming from the kitchen as if someone was hammering something and we were concerned what could they be pounding at for that long and that loud. I tried several different food items, but ended up yay eating crab legs the whole time.

Dirty, horrible service, food was dry and cold. Our server sneezed all over our drinks, and at the buffett, where she was making her food. We asked for fresh glasses as She literally sneezed on them. She ignored us. She sat there in the next booth to us and ate without washing her hands or getting us a new drink. The buffett was empty not replaced with fresh or hot food. Everything out appeared to be hard. Our food was cold and dried out. Plates and silverware were dirty, women's restroom was not clean.

The service isn't any good , gotta keep remind someone to bring out more hot dishes out to eat

Wide variety of choices at the buffet. Fresh sushi is available to order as well. The crab rangoons are heat. The stir fry is all fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces

Great establishment. Almost 25 years of serving up deliciousness! Great food and service. Very family oriented restaurant at a very reasonable price. Everything from Asian cuisine to great seafood! Crawfish and crab 🦀 legs are Amazing! Come bring your date, or bring the family and enjoy the goodness

First off one of our water glasses had a straw wrapper stuck to the inside which we noticed halfway through our meal. There wasn't much selection and half of what was there was cold. Coconut shrimp was decent.

Wow....bad food and even worse waitresses. My waitress hung out at my table. I was waiting for her to sit down with me

Some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Tried their buffet today at lunch. They should he ashamed of themselves. The food was aweful. The selection was almost all chicken dishes. Egg rolls were hard and cold. There were no small dishes for dipping sauce. No duck sauce for egg rolls or crab rangoon. The booths were falling apart. I had to move to other side of the booth because the seat was broken and I sank into it.

I gave this place 3 tries and they failed every time! The food isn't fresh and has a really weird taste. Not like asian weird...just weird.

This was absolutely disappointing! The food was cold and hard! There is very little variety and it is Way overpriced for the stuff they offer.. Super annoyed we paid almost $70.00 for garbage... The establishment itself was poorly Kept especially the bathrooms... we received poor service also.

Over priced with limited selection of food, and what buffets dont have salad.

It was very quiet only 1 other couple eating.the food was all dried from staying in the pans too long over the heat, On my first was here,it was pretty good on this visit they werent adding fresh hot food until the dried up food was gone.I will not be returning

Wonderful Asian selections. Great place to enjoy all you can eat. Stir fry to your liking. I highly recommend. Enjoy!

So many food options at the buffet for lunch and extremely affordable. Was a great place to sit and talk to my dad. It stays pretty busy

Nice restaurant. I used 1 Groupon voucher for 2 people dinner. Final I pay $10.88. Food is tasty. Will come back surely

Cheapest Chinese place I've found where I can control amount of salt (use wine instead of Mongolian or hoisin sauce) and eat lots of fresh veggies, cooked for you in minutes. They also have several protein options, including seafood.
